For 4 persons
– 100g of cassava flour,
– 200g of desalted cod,
– Onion, cive, garlic, chilli, oil and vinegar.
Grill the cod, crumble it, mix it with the flour and the previously crushed avocado flesh.
Mix everything while drizzling with oil and vinegar. Season according to your taste.
Serve as meatballs.
