Prepare a tasty recipe for shrimp and avocado in a few minutes.
– 12 Large cooked pink prawns – 50 g raisins – 1/2 Mango – 3 hearts of palm – 1 Tomato – 4 Lawyers – 1 slice of pineapple – 20 g roasted giraumon seeds – 10 cl of fresh cream – 4cl of Rum – 1/2 lemon juice – Mustard, Salt, Pepper
Put the grapes to soak in the rum.
The sauce : Cut the avocados in half. Hollow out half in a salad bowl. Add the mustard, crème fraîche, lemon juice, diced tomato and mix. Add salt and pepper.
The salad : Hollow out the rest of the avocados, preserving a little flesh around the edges. Cut the hollowed out flesh, the mango, the pineapple and the hearts of palm. Shell the shrimp and cut the tails into large sections. Place everything in the hollowed-out half-avocados. Sprinkle with coarsely crushed pine nuts Drizzle with sauce.
Add the raisins to the rum.
As good as an aperitif as a starter, this exotic shrimp and avocado salad will delight more than one!
